The daily service was good. The hotel room was good-sized, had excellent air-conditioning and a safe. We had varied and delicious breakfasts for vegans. The overall atmosphere was family, nevertheless some staff members were miserable.

Overall it was a great stay for our weekend. Its location very close to Grand Opera House was marvellous and fab. The lobby bar was busy and the staff were pleasant and exceptional. The breakfast was amazing, the check in was efficient. Besides, our parking was on street.
